MSBuild plugin should recognise generated sources and add them to the compile roots

Could be configurable later, but for now include *.g.cs and *.g.vb for XAML files. This will work better with the new include/exclude mechanism which rightly excludes obj (since it also contains *.g.i.cs and has multiple configurations).
