    Description

      Currently, the Azure plugin only supports 1.6 (November 2011): http://incubator.apache.org/npanday/docs/1.5.0-incubating-SNAPSHOT/plugins/azure-maven-plugin/azure-sdk-versions.html

      We need to be able to run CSPACK from 1.7, which resides in: C:\Program Files\Microsoft SDKs\Windows Azure\.NET SDK\2012-06
