Add Remote Desktop Support for Azure Cloud Services

When packaging from VS, one can directly generate certificates and define username/password for accessing the role instances after deploying.

NPanday currently doesn't support that. It would need modification of the cscfg files according to what MSBuild does (triggerd from VS dialogs):
