Scripting NAR includes Test Libraries

The nifi-scripting-nar bundles several JUnit and TestNG libraries as a result of depending on groovy-all.  These dependencies should be excluded in the Maven configuration to avoid including unnecessary libraries in nifi-scripting-nar.
