AWSCredentialsProviderControllerService tries to put EL evaluated attributes to an unmodifiable collection

https://github.com/apache/nifi/pull/5288 changed StandardConfigurationContext's properties map to unmodifiable which caused regression in AWSCredentialsProviderControllerService. The attributes in AWSCredentialsProviderControllerService::onConfigured should be put to a modifiable map.
