Update tests to use an available ports instead of choosing specific ports

JettyServerGroovyTest (which uses port 8443) failed on my machine because I had a service running on that port. Update tests in NiFi to retrieve an available port instead of attempting to bind to specific/common port values which can cause intermittent issues.
