Make nifi-kafka-connector-assembly 'attach' = true

The nifi-kafka-connector-assembly currently has attach = false, which means that the bundled up assembly doesn't get pushed to the artifactory, which makes it difficult to import. We should set attach = true and avoid appending the assembly id
