TailFile intermittently creates records with ascii NULL after rollover

    Description

      NIFI-7972 fixed an issue when TailFile processor tailing files from an NFS mount read unexpected NUL characters due to how NFS works.
      The original fix didn't add the NUL check when the processor read the rolled over file.
