ReplaceText improvement when removing flowfile content

Quite often I see users using ReplaceText processor to remove the content of the flow files. However, quite frequently the defaults values are kept in place except the "Replacement Value" which is set to an empty string. This is a bit inefficient because it'll still do the regex evaluation. It'd be more efficient if changing the "Replacement Strategy" to "Always Replace".

We could make the processor a bit more clever and do this automatically. This will increase performances and reduce CPU consumption.
