Add/Update User or Group doesn't function correctly

After Adding or Updating a user or group in the UI, the OK button does not function. I am unable to add a user to a group from either the Group Update or User Update screen.

Cancel Button works fine.

Updating group using the REST API works also.

Works as expected in 1.9.2
