Enrich processor-related and JVM GC metrics in Prometheus Reporting Task

Several processor-related values that can be got by ProcessorStatus api are not still implemented in Prometheus Reporting Task. I'd like to add them. Also, JVM GC metrics are valuable and would be needed, it's worth adding them.
