PG Variables not available in controller service ValidationContext

    Description

      • Create a controller service that has a custom validate method that evaluates a property with EL, example HBase_1_1_2_ClientService.
      • Set the Config Resources to a variable name like ${hbase.config}.
      • Create a variable at the PG name hbase.config
      • Notice the custom validate does not pick up the files referenced by the variable
