SiteToSiteProvenanceReportingTask - filter parameters changes are ignored

There are few filters in the SiteToSiteProvenanceReportingTask. In case an event type or a component ID is set as a filter, then it won't be possible to remove that filter. The change won't be applied and the previously defined filter will remain active.
