Deleting ProcessorGroup with DistributedMapService doesn't release socket of service

I create a processor group.

• add a DistributedMapCacheService with defaults port 4557, 10000 entries
• enable the service
• delete processor group
• create new processor group
• add a new DistributedMapCacheService with defaults
• enable the service
  Service is in state enabling, and never gets enabled, because port 4557 is supposedly still in use
