Document default backpressure for configuration for components

With 1.x, there was a change made wherein backpressure defaults to being enabled for both object and size thresholds. This is a change in how connections were originally constructed and it would be good to document and possibly note for those changing to the new version given that there are no cues on connections to state that it is applied.
