Add clearDefaultValue to PropertyDescriptor.Builder

At the moment there is no way to remove a defaultValue from a PropertyDescriptor.

There is a method to effectively copy an existing PropertyDescriptor to create a new one. However, one a PropertyDescriptor has a defaultValue, it cannot be removed.
