Add Standard Shared NAR to System Test Modules

Recent changes introducing the nifi-standard-shared-nar did not include updating several system test modules, resulting in failures when running the PythonProcessorIT and Stateless CreateFlowFileIT. The Shared NAR needs to be added to the list of scoped dependencies for system tests to correct these test failures.
