Fix broken Java Mail links in ConsumeIMAP and ConsumePOP3 documentation

Java mail project moved from https://javaee.github.io/javamail/ to https://jakartaee.github.io/mail-api/ because it was moved to the Eclipse Foundation as part of the Eclipse Enterprise for Java project.

Links on the new project pages are broken, so we need to use the old site. Unfortunately, the documentation is not versioned there, so we need to use the "latest", which might list properties that are not supported.
