Wrong "Unexpected End Tag" javadoc warning displayed for </li> html tag

With the latest 12.2 version there is a wrong javadoc hint "Unexpected End Tag : </li>"

for this javadoc:

    /**
     * <ul>
     * <li>This method does great things.</li>
     * <p>
     * <li>Th is method does not really do anything.</li>
     * </ul>  
     * 
     * @return aaa
     */ 

In the previous version Netbeans doesn't show any warning for this javadoc what I think is correct
