Description

The speed of downloading NetBeans plugins from maven central for me is too slow.

Please provide the ability to download NetBeans plugin via Maven repository mirror which is defined in ${MAVEN_HOME}/conf/settings.xml or ${user.home}/.m2/settings.xml.
