Implement support for creating managed beans from faces-config.xml or other JSF config files.

If you are using JSF managed beans, you currently have to create them in Java code manually. It'd be nice if MyFaces Test would parse faces-config.xml and any JSF config files in web.xml and automatically create the managed bean definitions for you, just as JSF normally does. This would simplify testing greatly.
