    Description

      The packages "org.apache.maven.model.io" and "org.apache.maven.model.merge" are shared between modules "maven-model-builder" and "maven-model" (both versions 3.8.6). In Java 9+ this causes split packages and compilation to fail when these are part of the module graph.
