Use consistent datetime str representation

We currently use two slightly different date-time representations.
Namely "%Y-%m-%dT%H:%M:%SZ" and "%Y-%m-%d %H:%M:%S" fortunetly the second is only used for logging, so we could probably change it without breaking anything.
