    Description

      Unfortunately, there are still schedulers that are using the v0 bindings and are unable to move to v1 before wanting to use the per-role REVIVE / SUPPRESS calls.

      We'll need to add per-role REVIVE / SUPPRESS into the v1 scheduler driver.
