    Description

      We need a benchmark to capture regressions in the `updateAllocation()` method to avoid problems like described in https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/MESOS-10015

      Initial implementation (which led to filing MESOS-10015): https://reviews.apache.org/r/71639/
