Replace `mapreduce.job.counters.limit` with `mapreduce.job.counters.max` in mapred-default.xml

    Description

      Because the `mapreduce.job.counters.limit` is deprecated, the new property name is `mapreduce.job.counter.max`, so we need update the `mapred-default.xml`.
