Maintain all the gridmix plugins in plugin.properties file.

Use a plugin.properties for CPU and Memory emulation plugins. Also it will be useful for future to add the new plugins into the file without any code changes. For user point of view, it will be easy to use the plugin by just passing the keyword instead of passing the full class name.
