[Gridmix] Improve the way Gridmix communicates specifications to map/reduce tasks

As of now, Gridmix ships map task's specifications within job splits and reduce task's specification within the map's output (as the first key). This not only makes the Gridmix code harder to understand and manage but also makes it difficult to extend and add more data to the specification.
