Deprecate MinShouldMatchSumScorer with WANDScorer

This is a follow up issue of https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/LUCENE-9346, where support to minShouldMatch has been added to WANDScorer, and thus would like to see if MinShouldMatchSumScorer can be deprecated completely by WANDScorer, given how similar they are.
