The API endpoints for 'GET /batches' and 'GET /sessions' are not implemented correctly

The API endpoints for 'GET /batches' and 'GET /sessions' will only return the first 100 items if no explicit parameters are specified.

And that behavior is not in line with what we say in the documentation.  In the documentation, we promise like this:

GET /batches

Returns all the active batch sessions.

So the endpoints are supposed to return all active sessions and batches, we should fix this issue.
