Removal of metrics from CSD MDL breaks CM

In 0.10.0 we removed a couple of metrics (by renaming remote bootstrap to tablet copy). Unfortunately those metrics are relied upon by CM for some of its dashboards, and CM gets an NPE when trying to load those dashboards using the 0.10.0 CSD.
