InsertField.Key transformation should apply to tombstone records

    Description

      Note: This was an inadvertent regression caused by KAFKA-8523.

      Reproduction steps:

      1. Configure an InsertField.Key transformation
      2. Pass a tombstone record (with non-null key, but null value) through the transform

      Expected behavior:

      The key field is inserted, and the value remains null

      Observed behavior:

      The key field is not inserted, and the value remains null
