Increase default group.max.session.timeout.ms to 5 minutes

By default, we set the max session timeout that the broker will allow to 30s, which exactly matches the default configured on the consumer. Seems to make sense to set this higher by default to give users more room to adjust the timeout without making a change to the broker configuration.
