Migrate org.apache.kafka.connect.json.JsonSerializer / Deser to common package

We have these two classes in org.apache.kafka.connect.json but they should really be in o.a.k.common.serialization. To maintain backward compatibility we need to duplicate it for now and mark the ones in connect as deprecated.
