Enable max poll integration tests that depend on callback invocation

Details

    Description

      We will enable integration tests using the async consumer in KAFKA-15971.  However, we should also enable tests that rely on rebalance listeners after KAFKA-15628 is closed.  One example would be testMaxPollIntervalMs, that I relies on the listener to verify the correctness.
