blobstore-service-list should use shellTableFactory to display

Currently, blobstore-service-list does not use shellTableFactory to display. Instead, it uses BlobStoreCommandBase.printBlobStoreApis to hardcode display format as following:

out.println(String.format(PROVIDERFORMAT, "[id]", "[type]", "[service]"));

That is to say, blobstore should be align with compute to use shellTableFactory while needing to display result.
