Bump breakpad version to include the fix for Breakpad #752

Breakpad contains a race that can lead to an endless loop of threads trying to write a minidump without terminating the process. The race can be triggered by threads crashing in parallel. I filed Breapkad #752 and pushed a fix upstream. Once it has been submitted we need to bump the Breakpad version in the toolchain and in Impala.
