Expose post-scheduling reservation info in the query plan

After IMPALA-4833, Impala started computing per-host minimum reservations using the scheduled plan. While that change included some profile improvements to show what the reservations are per host, it's not possible to get that information without executing the query. It would be helpful if one of the more verbose explain levels also showed the plan annotated with the reservation computations.
