qgen: default query profile should be a mix of SELECT and DML

The default random query generator profile, used to pick random components of the statements generated, only generates SELECTs. A separate profile used for focused testing of DML statements currently exists. After DML has "stabilized", fold the choosing of DML statements into the default profile.
