Patch breakpad so it doesn't crash on dwz symbols

Currently, dumping symbols from dwz-compressed debug files is not possible with breakpad. dwz introduces new DWARF macros, that cause dump_syms to segfault. Both out toolchain version and latest upstream master are affected.

In the short term we will want to apply the patch from there to our toolchain.
