stress test: provide ability to disable codegen

The stress test framework doesn't have the ability to by told "disable codegen". We need that for IMPALA-3962.

It seems like this should be simple: add another option to concurrent_select.py and set it in the appropriate places, proxied through via Jenkins if needed.
