Add test for TPC-H / TPC-DS queries with tuple caching

As a sanity check for tuple caching, we should run the TPC-H/TPC-DS queries with tuple caching enabled more than once and check for correct results.

This is also a good time to introduce a way to run the Impala cluster with tuple caching enabled via an environment variable. The goal is to be able to run all the tuple caching tests as regular end to end tests rather than custom cluster tests.
