Add web page to show connections on catalogd

Impalad has a /sessions page showing all the client sessions and connections. We need a similar page on catalogd showing all the connections from impalads. Some helpful information:

• impalad host and port
• socket fd
• thread id corresponds to the /threadz page
• status: poll(), process() etc.
