RpcMgrKerberizedTest cases fail on RedHat 8

    Description

      In some of our ARM builds the following tests fail:

      UdsOnAndOff/RpcMgrKerberizedTest.MultipleServicesTls
      UdsOnAndOff/RpcMgrKerberizedTest.AuthorizationFail
      UdsOnAndOff/RpcMgrKerberizedTest.InternalAuthorizationSkip

      The error messages are like this (example from MultipleServicesTls):

Error: unable to execute ScanMem() RPC.: Not authorized: Client connection negotiation failed: client connection to unix:@impala-krpc:127.0.0.1:55866: Server impala-test/impala-ec2-rhel88-m7g-4xlarge-ondemand-1252@KRBTEST.COM not found in Kerberos database
