Impyla Should Error When Specifying Multiple Auth Methods

Currently if a user and/or password is passed in the impyla connection args the are both silently ignored.  If user and/or password is passed in the connection arguments, then the connection attempt should fail with something like 'it is illegal to specify user or password when connecting with JWT'
