Inconsistent SQL and Criteria API behaviour

    Description

      When running a query through thin client Criteria API and SQL API the results are sometimes differs with the same client.
      Reproducer is attached.
      For some reason, the test only fails at the second repetition.
      Leaving only the countCriteria line and comparing it with the recordCount doesn't fail the test.
