С++ 3.0: basic_authenticator_test is flaky

Most likely the reason is the same as in IGNITE-20962: EnableAuthenticationJob does not wait for the configuration to be applied to all nodes. We've added a workaround to .NET test which checks all nodes in a loop, but it would be better to fix the job itself.
