Make client handler to not use Session

    Description

      At the moment, client handler uses Session object from public API. Although this is not a big deal by itself, the fact that handler injects client-specific IgniteTransactionsImpl to the session makes it not simply `removing Session` task, but also adds additional complexity to propagation of IgniteTransactions to sql engine.
