Ensure mockito resources cleaned after tests.

    Description

      Tests must clean up inline mocks on tear-down.
      Otherwise it may lead to OOM, see IGNITE-20065.

      Let's add an arch-test to be sure all the test, which use mocks, inherits BaseIgniteAbstractTest class.
