Use VarHandle to replace UNSAFE in IgniteSpinReadWriteLock

We thought to replace Unsafe usage with VarHandle where it is possible. IgniteSpinReadWriteLock needs GridUnsafe.objectFieldOffset, so we need to investigate and replace this unsafe usage using VarHandle
